Jennifer Aniston's Home

Earlier this year, Jennifer Aniston opened her doors to Architectural Digest, for a feature on her new home.

Built in 1970, it's positioned on a hillside overlooking Beverly Hills, and Aniston says that it "vibrates with the love that created it."

The actress teamed up with interior designer Stephen Shadley, who has collaborated with Diane Keaton and Woody Allen on their homes.

I LOVE the outdoor space and the view looks incredible. I reckon it's a very fun, sociable place to live.

Nom nom nom...

My new food find is Gail's. It's a cafe come bakery, with beautiful bread and sweet pastries, plus cakes and sandwiches. It's not cheap, but it is lovely and a nicer, calmer alternative than the bigger chain coffee shops.

For me, it has a bit of an American feel to it, and reminds me of Meryl Streep's cafe in It's Complicated, with homemade bread and muffins piled on top of each other.

So far, I can highly recommend the mozzarella and pesto sandwich on olive bread, and the latte was the best I've ever had.

Please let this be true

Natalie Portma
Apparently Jean-Pierre Jeunet is in talks to direct an 'edgy reimagining of Snow White,' and Natalie Portman is meant to be interested in playing the lead role. I reckon this would be amazing - fingers crossed it's not just a rumour.

Leather Skirts?

Another season essential is apparently the leather skirt. Not sure if I'm brave enough to give it a go, but damn it's tempting, and these Topshop A-line skirts look pretty safe...

The Fashion Pack

I love seeing what the glossy fashion editors wear, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Even after working at Marie Claire, I'm still fascinated by how the women behind these magazines dress, for just an average day in the office.

ELLE.com has posted daily photos of what the staff have been wearing throughout London Fashion Week and besides making me feel depressed that I can't afford a Chanel bag - even the interns have one! - or that I just don't have the fashion sense these women do, I was actually pleasantly surprised at how 'normal' they dress and look.

Posh Twit

Victoria Beckham is on Twitter!

The designer timed her Twitter arrival for New York Fashion Week, and although she began with work and fashion based tweets, she's started to update about family life in L.A, not to mention Twitpics of her dog, Coco.

So far, she's been a really interesting asset to the Twitter community, although I must admit I'm surprised at her enthusiasm for exclamation marks. Maybe it's a new trend?

Check out some Posh tweets below.

Camel Coats...

They're on this season's 'must-have' list and I'm pretty sure Reiss has made the perfect one. I want it. Please?

Make-Up Envy

I've been a fan of Rachel Bilson's style for years, but recently I've been loving her make-up and hair as well. She's not afraid of mixing things up but always keeps things classic and fresh. Beautiful.

I am in love with the new window display at Louis Vuitton's flagship store on New Bond Street. The pictures speak for themselves really...

Sssh, it’s a secret

I went to my first Secret Cinema on Saturday, and I'm still taking it all in. For this event the film was Lawrence of Arabia and the location was Alexandra Palace. For me, the film was a bit too epic - over three hours long! - but as a concept it worked brilliantly. The venue was perfect, transformed into an Arabian market place with food stalls and sand dunes, and amateur actors completed the façade as army officers and Arab soldiers.

At £30 a ticket it's not cheap, but you can really appreciate the planning and effort that goes into the event. I'll definitely be buying a ticket to the next one.

Rob Ryan

A few months ago my housemate was part of Pick Me Up, the contemporary graphic art fair at Somerset House. Rob Ryan was one of the main designers and had a big space showcasing his screenprints and papercuts, with a workshop so you could see how they’re created.

I love his work, now I’ve just got to save enough to own one…

Columbia Road Flower Market

A friend took me here a few weeks ago, on a perfect August Sunday. We walked from Bethnal Green and you have to take a few windy, backstreet roads before you suddenly meet the hustle and bustle of the flower market.
Columbia Road Flower Market

Beautiful cafes and coffee shops are rammed with ulter cool East London types and designer clad yummy mummies, and you realise straight away that this is one of London's gems; a real find.

The sunflowers were incredible and it was hard to pick just one bunch to take home, but I settled for some tall, pink and purple gladioli, to which the man selling them shouted, 'look see, this woman's got sense!'

Will definitely be visiting again soon.
